  • A graduate of the Film studies at SAE Institute in Amsterdam.

  • He has an honours degree in Digital Filmmaking at Middlesex University in London.

  • A post-degree Cinematographer specialization at AMA Film Academy in Krakow.

  • Before he started his jurney with film, he had studied architecture and worked as a graphic designer & VFX Artist.

WINSTON Catarroja – Jury Member


  • Festival Director of Asian, Los Angeles Cinematography Awards & Children Cinema Awards in Amsterdam.

  • He studied Mass Communications and Motion Picture Production Program in Manila, Philippines.

  • A graduate of the Film studies at SAE Institute in Amsterdam.

  • He has an honours degree in Digital Filmmaking at Middlesex University in London.

CHARLIE Curilan – Jury Member


  • A Filipino actor based in The Netherlands who started his professional career in the original Dutch version of the Broadway hit musical “Miss Saigon.”

  • He has appeared in popular Dutch TV series “Goede Tijden Slechte Tijden,” “Meiden van de Herengracht,” and “A’dam en E.V.A.” and has acted on many TV commercials, corporate films, and short films.

  • He recently won best supporting actor at Filmstarz Festival 10 Jaar Awards for his role in Open Wond.

CARLO Ortega Cuevas – Jury Member


  • He graduated with a degree in Communications at Dela Salle University in Lipa, Philippines.

  • He has worked for the Philippine’s largest TV Network ABS-CBN as a director and cinematographer for shows such as “Krusada,” “Pinoy True Stories,” “My Puhunan” and “Mission Possible”. His first feature film, No Second Take, has won several awards in local and international film festivals. His film credits include Guerrero, Happy Life the Musical and Guerrero Dos

  • He is a resident Director and Cinematographer of EBC Films and a resident artist at Erehwon Center for the Arts.
